Subject: Use of foreign aid by Palestinians

The "intifada" was launched well before Sharon was elected, in reaction to the futility of Barak's actions in combating terrorism. If the Palestinians so want a state, why does Israel not only have to provide the land, but the funding too? Let them fund it with the aid of the billions provided by the EU and the UN, and Arab petrodollars.
