Note the date, July 17, 2003 in the story under the picture, well after the start of the Road Map.. 

The Palestinians  continue  to teach and train their children to hate and to murder, from the kindergarten age and on. On the picture children demonstrate in a ceremony their skill to approach and kill from ambush, they freshly learned in a summer activity and training camp for children around  the age of 6 to 10.

 

This is a blatant disregard  both of the letter and spirit of the Road Map, and of article 38 of the UNICEF Convention on the Rights of the Child, which expressly requires that "all feasible measures be taken to ensure that persons who have not attained the age of fifteen years do not take a direct part in hostilities".

 

Such summer camps are frequently financed by the Europen Community which may be called to supervise more  effectively that their financing do not serve hostility and child abuse .

Write Your Letter on this , regarding either the Road Map, the European financing to Palestinians, or the hippocratic stand of the self-appointed "peace-activists" who never spoke up against this war-mongering Palestinian and Muslim child abuse.
